If you mean Exposure Compensation, then this makes perfect sense. In full Manual mode, the camera cannot do EC since you already have control over the exposure parameters. You control the aperture. You control the shutter speed. You control the ISO. And, as far as I know, even in auto ISO on the 6D II you cannot set EC. Mark
